Landlord Trades originated from the feedback of numerous landlords that manage their own properties, becoming increasingly frustrated with being able to find the right trades to carry out work on their properties.

It quickly became apparent that whilst there is an array of information out there online when it comes to trades, a postcode based trade directory specifically for landlords that manage their own properties, did not exist.

As a result, we decided to build this directory as a means of connecting trades looking for an additional income source, with landlords unable to find the right trade for their job. After several months of persistence and hard work, Landlord Trades was born.

We are only seeking to list professional trades on our directory that are committed to helping the Australian landlord with their job requirements.

Additionally, only a maximum of 5 trades are able to list their services per postcode. This selective approach has been specifically designed to help narrow down the choice for the landlord, making their decision on who to contact a much easier one.

2) Entering the postcode of your rental property
3) Perusing the profile of up to a maximum of 5 businesses for that particular postcode
4) Deciding on who to contact for the job
